Christchurch-based athletics club offering cross-country and track and field.

Annual General Meeting

We are constitutionally required to hold an Annual General Meeting
each year. Under the changed constitution this will be a much shorter
meeting (15 minutes), but still a key one for the Club. This year we
will include it as part of the Winter Prizegiving on Sunday Sept 23rd.
The AGM is the meeting that elects the key Club Officers who run the
club for the next year including the Summer Captains.
It is also where the Club accounts, treasurer's report, president's
reports and Captain's reports are open for questions and ratified.
These reports will not be read at AGM, rather will be made available
online a week beforehand.

This is a call for remits to the CH-CH Avon AGM and a call for
nominations to the positions listed below:

(Any remits to the meeting should be emailed to the Secretary
(miquevee@gmail.com) by midnight Tuesday September 6th) .
